George O’Connor, a 15-year Army veteran who also served 12 years in the Reserves, biked more than 15 miles to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony for Tennessee Valley Healthcare System’s new Clarksville Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 782 Weatherly Drive.
The new 34,000-square-foot facility is three times the size of the current clinic. The new facility will replace the Clarksville Veterans Affairs clinic at 1832 Memorial Drive. All services will relocate to the new facility Tuesday.
