The new year started on a positive note for two small New Mexico businesses after they won federal contracts. Altogether, they had three contracts worth more than $100,000.

Two contracts went to medical supply company NativeVet Materiel. Awarded by the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Indian Affairs, the contracts have a combined value of $80,300. Both will help fund the Department’s fencing materials and gates at the Southern Plains Regional Office and at the Concho Agency in El Reno, Oklahoma.
