The U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Secretary (OS), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting a series of outreach events to educate small businesses about federal procurement opportunities with HHS and their top large business prime contractors. Small businesses interested in pursuing government contracts should register to attend one of the “Getting Back 2 Business” (B2B) Small Business Procurement Conferences.

These one (1) day events are hosted in partnership with the U. S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) regional offices, affiliated government agencies and supporting small business resource partners. Attendees will gain insight about the proposal development process, federal contracting basics, and have the opportunity to attend one-on-one networking/matchmaking sessions with HHS agency representatives, key acquisition program leaders, and top large prime contractors.

In addition SBA will provide an overview on the small business programs and services including the 8(a), HUBZone and Women Owned Small Business certification programs; the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program, Lender and Loan Contract Financing, Procurement Technical Assistance Centers and other small business resource partners.
